including application specialists, mechanical, electrical and software engineers, programmers, level 3 instructors and others. Our North American Inspection Services Group (ISG) currently has three offices; Rogers, MN, Irvine, CA and Marlborough, MA.
This position is responsible for all North American Segment activities within the Inspection Services Group.
Achieve planned North American segment sales goals while managing the operational budget and attaining the growth and forecasted return on sales objectives. Full segment P&L responsibility.
Manage resources to ensure x-ray equipment sales application studies are performed efficiently with exceptional results.
Be knowledgeable, strategic, and reactive to customer requirements, market conditions, competition, potential, market position, etc.
Personnel management including recruitment, hiring, performance improvement planning, mentor ship, terminations, etc.
Segment annual operating planning and long-range planning. Presentation of respective segment plans to local and executive leadership.
This position is the commercial lead of the group and is responsible for driving the sales and marketing resources and activities associated with growth performance.
Play a vital role in developing ISG segment customers into equipment segment sales opportunities when ROI is achievable.
Actively participate on the NSI management team as a leader within the company.
All aspects of the Inspection Services Group segment.
Participate in company events as a management team representative; employee recognition, company events, charitable campaigns, etc.
Promote communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, creativity, strong work ethic, positive attitude, interpersonal skills development, and efficient time management in a culture of continuous improvement.
Support other corporate initiatives as appropriate.
Prior sales experience required.
Knowledge of the NDT industry is preferred.
5 years minimum management experience or equivalent sales management experience required.
Associates degree required for this position.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
